Right now, we're having to ‘navigate’ a lot of distractions which makes it hard to listen to our inner self. These external and sometimes internal mind moments seem to be telling us to do this or that. Then, when we fall behind in life's to do's, we don't do things right, or we are trying to make decisions, our minds might say things that are not true. Thoughts suggesting we are forgetful, lazy, stupid and more because during those busy times, we listen to those old negative patterns.
It’s time to look at those patterns and turn them around to new, better ones. It is time is to move forward. Know that you are a gem, possibly a little unpolished, yet moving forward to be an even brighter, polished you.
As many struggle with what to do or think to create new thought patterns, I am taking this opportunity to start a manta series every week.
When we start saying the mantras 3 times in a row as many times as needed in the day, we attune it to our lives and mind’s beliefs. Say the mantra when your mind is quiet, when it is running in a negative way, when life is feeling off or "out of control". This routine, when used often, will help heal a lot of disharmonies and bless us more then we can even know.
